Threading and Beauty Studio – Client Policies
Welcome to Threading and Beauty Studio! Our goal is to provide every client with a safe, relaxing, and professional beauty experience. To help us maintain high standards of service and fairness, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare for your service.
If you are running late, call us as soon as possible so we can adjust if time allows.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
A deposit is required for the following select services or group bookings. Deposits are applied toward your total at checkout.
- Lash Extensions
- Ombre Powder Brows
- Services that requires more than one hour to complete
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and our gift cards. We do not accept checks for payment of services.
All sales on services and products are final unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we will do our best to ensure you leave happy.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, while the full service fee may still apply.
