Threading and Beauty Studio – Client Policies
Welcome to Threading and Beauty Studio! Our goal is to provide every client with a safe, relaxing, and professional beauty experience. To help us maintain high standards of service and fairness, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare for your service.
- If you are running late, call us as soon as possible so we can adjust if time allows.
Deposits & Payments
- A 20% deposit is required to hold appointments. This helps prevent no-shows & ensures that our time & services are reserved specifically for you.
- With 24 hours notice, we can reschedule & transfer the deposit. Without a notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
- We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks!
- All sales on services are final unless otherwise stated.
Health & Safety
- Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin concerns prior to your service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to you or our staff (e.g., infections, open wounds).
- Masks or other protective measures may be required during flu/cold seasons or public health advisories.
- For guidance (pre and post care) on specific services we perform, please refer to the client consent form on the related page.
Service Satisfaction
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue or provide a complimentary touch-up when appropriate.
- Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we will do our best to ensure you leave happy.

Photos & Social Media
- Of course we are proud of our work and we love showcasing our work!
- With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos for our portfolio or social media.
- You may request that we do not photograph or share your images at any time.
Respectful Environment
- We strive to create a positive space for everyone.
- Aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
